Pine & Pillow was founded by short-term rental owners who got tired of unreliable cleaning services letting their guests down. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built it.
Based in the Smoky Mountains, we specialize exclusively in STR properties. That means we understand the tight turnaround windows, the importance of first impressions, and exactly what Airbnb and VRBO guests expect when they walk through the door.
Today we serve hosts across Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge — and every clean we do is backed by our promise of consistency, transparency, and genuine care.
